    How do you manage to have/use a jammer in southern Cal(illegal)? I just came through Malibu and leo was shooting. I sure would have liked to have my blinders!

    I live in VA where jammers are illegal statewide. As long as you slow and jam to kill quickly, they don't know what hit them. (It takes a fair amount of experience to realize you've been jammed if it's done right, and most LEOs in areas where they are illegal do not have that experience because everyone is scared to use)

    It’s not like I carry a loaded handgun and walk around town with it. In CA talking on cellphone while driving is illegal, still many folks pick up their cellphone while driving, thats a lot of criminals. By the way, thanks for bringing up Malibu, I was looking for a place to test my jammers. Malibu would make up perfect grounds for that, with Pacific Coast Highway, stretching for miles, all the way from Santa Monica to Malibu.

    Lidar guns takes anywhere between 1-10 seconds to get a reading on any car. It takes you < 3 seconds to drop speed. If they get a reading within a given time, all is normal.
